About CU FIRST
Founded in 2015, the Carleton University FIRST Robotics Alumni & Mentoring Association, aka CU FIRST, aims to promote and expand participation in FIRST® Robotics programs and related robotics-based educational activities for students (K-12) across the National Capital Region and beyond. Composed of FIRST Alumni, Volunteers, Mentors, and Coaches attending Carleton University, the University of Ottawa, Algonquin College and more CU FIRST is the only post-secondary student club of its kind in the Ottawa region.

Bring robotics to Carleton: In 2025-2026 we are delivering an official FRC Kickoff, a FRC test field, and a FIRST program showcase.
